2017 with a Bang – Bandit Racing

What is it about good clean debauchery? To start off the year on the right foot Team 10 Barrel put on a bandit race. Format was a sort of last man standing, where last rider across the line on each lap was pulled until there was only two left.

The race took place near the grounds of a ‘near famous’ watering hole in Boise called Ben’s Crow Inn. Ben’s was recently torn down and in its honor the race was called “Old (Ben’s) Crow CX Race.” The only rule was that there are no rules and that you take a shot of Old Crow whiskey before you start racing and a second when you cross the finish line.

This was nothing but good clean fun with good people. There was representation from a number of local teams (Dongers10 Barrel, and the Boise Velo Women).

Here are a few of my favorite photos from the day.
